The rugby club was established in 1927 and is based in Kraaifontein. We are a cummunity club based to serve the community with great rugby and a haven for the youth with a passion for the sport. We are playing in the Super League B section of the the Western Cape Rugby Union which is part of (SARU) South African Rugby Union. We are also known as "Rainbow".

We have a rich rugby culture which produced some great names in the rugby world, names such as former SA Schools, Valke, Bulls, Sharks and Springbok center Adrian Jacobs, former Sharks, Western Province wing and SA 7's captian Roger Smith, current Western Province 7's players are Vivian Fredericks, Anthony Taylor and Berthan Erasmus. We also had some great legends known all over South Africa such as Daniel “Spokie” September; Mervyn “Outyd” Samuels; Adam Louw and Julian Visser. Julian Visser was also the last player to receive SARU colours before unification.

With all these great names still involved with the club there is always going to be another great player born at our club.
